What happens when I buy online?

1. Payment

 

We accept Paypal and all credit card payments. 

 

 

2. Confirmation

 

After you've made a payment we'll show you a confirmation on-screen then send you a confirmation email. If you don't receive an email within 24 hours have a peek in your junk box as they can sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, please contact us on 21 499 101 

 

 

3. Delivery

 

Order by noon from Monday to Sunday for NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

 

DELIVERY to Gozo: 

Orders placed from Monday to Wednesday till noon - Delivery on Thursday

Orders placed from Wednesday after noon till Sunday - Delivery on Monday

 

 

 

DELIVERY FEE of €5 on orders up to €20

DELIVERY FEE of €3 on orders from €21 to €44

FREE DELIVERY on orders over €45

 

 

4. Returns

 

Changed your mind? Kindly return the item in-store and make sure that:

•  All packaging must be intact so that the item is in a re-saleable condition.

•  You are able to provide a valid proof of purchase – the copy of your receipt from store.

 

 

5. Faulty Items

 

If you have bought an item from us that proves to be faulty, please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent so we are able to help.

 

We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for refund or replacement.
