Boost your creativity to create figures of all shapes and sizes with the magnetic pieces and pen provided!
This game helps children develop their creativity. The pack contains 48 geometric shapes and some of these make up the classic tangram square. Before starting the game, the parent / educator prepares the materials by attaching the magnetic discs to the back of the shapes where the black circle is. There are two extra magnetic discs. Below there are some suggested teaching activities, but the child can also play freely with the materials. The child composes the tangram square using the correct shapes (see example) and then invents as many figures as he likes using only these shapes and his own imagination. Below are some examples of compositions made with the tangram shapes. The child composes the figures freely, using both the tangram forms and all the others. Here are some examples, but the child can make many more with more imagination!
The child creates a picture using both the magnetic shapes and the erasable marker to make a composition of lines and shapes. We recommend cleaning the board with a damp cloth at the end of the game. The child creates a figure and writes a word describing the picture created.
