Playful Pathways – Understanding Child Development in 3 LIVE Sessions
At The Model Shop, we have always been committed to helping parents and educators with the tools needed to support children’s growth and development. To further aid in the development of children we are excited to introduce a new initiative called Playful Pathways – Understanding Child Development.
Playful Pathways is a series of three FREE live Facebook sessions planned and hosted by The Model Shop, to better help prospective parents, parents, grandparents, and caregivers keep track of their child’s development.
About Each Live Session
These sessions have been specifically created by our expert guest speakers based on the most important child developmental age stages.
Live Session 1: For Ages 0-18 Months
For infants aged 0 to 18 months, you can expect to delve deep into the foundational aspects of early child development. Our dedicated session will shed light on the critical milestones and activities that shape the growth and understanding of these tiny explorers, offering you the tools to create an enriching environment for their development.

Live Session 2: For Ages 18-36 Months
For children aged 18 to 36 months, we will explore the world of toddlers, who are taking their first steps towards independence. Discover the cognitive, motor, and social milestones characteristic of this age group, and gain a better understanding of how you can support their burgeoning skills and interests.

Live Session 3: For Ages 3-6 Years
For children aged 3 to 6 years, the third session will uncover the intricate developments taking place in their young minds. Our expert speakers will guide you through these formative years, providing valuable insights into how you can nurture their potential and lay a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
