Price Match Guarantee

   If you find a lower price for the same product from another local store in Malta, excluding supermarkets, we’ll match it if:

• The product is identical in brand, model, size, and colour.
• The store has the product in stock.
• The store’s price is clearly displayed either online or in-store.

By “local retail store,” we mean a company operating physical retail stores in Malta that are open to the public. They must have a wide selection of products available for purchase and display clear pricing on their website or in-store.

Our stores in Malta offer a level of in-store service and warranty handling that online-only retailers may not provide. We aim to match prices whenever possible, but we might not be able to match prices from online-only stores that lack local presence or service centres, as their business model differs from ours.

If the competitor’s price includes delivery charges, we’ll take those into account when matching prices.

Our Price Match Guarantee applies only to items currently in stock at the local retail store. We cannot match prices for back-ordered or special-order items that are not immediately available.

• We cannot match typographical errors or misprints.
• Prices limited to specific customer groups, such as club members or account holders, cannot be matched.
• Quantity limits may apply for price-matched items, and we reserve the right to limit quantities per customer if necessary.
• Price matching does not apply during toy shop’s sales or promotions.

Price match requests can only be made before completing the purchase. Requests after the transaction has been finalised will be reviewed and might not be accepted.
